This website
The site has no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no forms. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not use fingerprinting and does not identify individual visitors; it records only aggregate data such as page views, country, device type and the referring site.
Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and request logs to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
When you contact us
If you email us or write on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: names, positions, phone numbers, company documents, licences and details of your offer. We use this to:
- evaluate your offer and reply to you;
- carry out know-your-counterparty, beneficial ownership, source-of-origin and sanctions checks;
- meet our obligations under UAE anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing law, which can include reporting to the authorities through goAML.
We keep these records for as long as UAE AML/CFT law requires, and otherwise no longer than needed for the purposes above. We share them only with parties involved in a transaction (for example our bank, the refinery and insurers) or with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta; its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it.

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law does not require us to keep it. Write to [email protected].
